- To be eligible, both players must be age 60 or older by December 31, 2026. The results of this tournament WILL NOT affect a players PTI.
- Entry Selection
- First come, first served with a waitlist at 16 teams.

All matches (front and back draw) will be two sets, regular scoring, with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of a 3rd set.
